The 7th Annual WertContest

This year's competition took place on Saturday, March 19th 2005. It was a great success and a lot of fun. There were 88 entries from 27 brewers and all of them were tasty (or so I was told). EHG guru Kevin Zaychuk acted at Chief Judge--and Craig Zubris from Calgary judged with us....ask what they thought...small yes--fun yes.

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of
mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine
invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
