Hi, Jeff...no time like the present. Here is what I did to make the Belgian Tripel, my version of it. First, I was wrong about the kit... Kit: Brewhouse American Lager Kit Yeast: Wyeast Belgian Strong Ale Yeast 1388 Added Malts: 250 g Belgian Aromatic Malt Added Syrup: 750 g (one plastic bottle) Roger's Golden Syrup Hops: 2 oz. Styrian Goldings Hops added to the boil 1 tsp. Irish Moss The boil was about 12 minutes I made this in a 19 litre carboy rather than the usual 23, which might explain some of the intensity.
